With some help and a shift in perspective I find the horizon before me and look beyond to a world of possibility. It stretches out and calms me, as opposed to the vertical lines I saw, that keep me locked in place. I drift away from a self-imposed rigidity of thought and opinion to another space with more room and less certainty. I taste the sweetness. I understand the fragile edges, know the vulnerability, but I still savor now.
